Were off to Orlando today, takes about 9 hours to get there. I slept most of the journey so dont really know much of what happened on the journey. We were staying at the Tropical Palms another few days without camping. The hotel was next to a small theme park. We had to do some laundry as our last campsite didn't have laundry facilities. The pool at the hotel is so amazing, it was heated.
After dinner we all headed over to the Old Town where the theme park was and hung out. There was this ice cream parlour that had home made ice cream that was so good, i had kit kat and m&ms. We all had a night off the beer and a early night as we were going to universal in the morning.
Day 12
We got up at 6.30am this morning to get to the park for 9am. Everyone was going to Universal but me and Jenny decided to go to Adventure Island. When we got there we saw some people from the other group. Also noticed that it was only $109 plus tax for both parks so we ended up doing that. The queues weren't even that bad and the ones that were we just went on another one and came back. The hulk was so amazing and scary. Went on that once, spiderman once, rip saw once, river adventure once, doctor dooms fearfall once and popeye & bluto's bilge rat barges three times. We only went on it once before going to universal but we went on it before we left for one last ride and they let us stay on it after the spanish family that was on with us asked.
We went over to universal around lunch time. The hard rock cafe there is so huge. We went on the Hollywood Ripe ride rocket once, they videoed it and you can see me singing on it haha. We went on the Twister which is a ride that lets you see just what it is like to be in a twister. We also went on the Simpsons ride.
The Adventure Island park was so much better than universal, just wish we had more time to do more parks.
Day 13
Early start to leave for Panama City. The journey takes 6-7 hours. We got to the campground quite late so we just had a dip in the pool after setting up. The pool is lovely. We were all sat having a few beers and playing beer pong when Abby announced we were going to a club. They ended up letting us in for free no idea why.
We decided last night when we were drunk that we were going to have an 80s night party. I couldn't find anything so i didn't bother haha. Sat by the pool until it was time to get ready for jet skiing. It was so awesome, i was driving and got upto 45mph and bet most people that were out with us. It was great going so fast until we hit big waves and nearly went over.
I got to swim with dolphins which has been a dream of mine forever. We went to another part of the sea and we saw some more dolphins and then someone shouted stingrays. I turned around and saw about 8 of them, i have never jumped on my jet ski so quick in my life.
Got back to camp and we had the music turned right up with us dancing to male an entrance. We went to the pool again before getting ready for the beach party. We headed down to the beach around 8 and got the party started. As the drinks flowed the games began along with the dares. The other team won but they cheated so we stole their clothes when they went skinny dipping haha. Me and Jane went on the slingshot twice in a row, everyone should try the slingshot drunk i found it the most hilarious thing ever.
